process of learning is applicable for the learners. On the contrary, there will be negative effects. The
students that are very much dependent in computers develop computer-oriented lifestyle, which is
impractical in some situations. They will no longer perform the manual operations because they are
used to apply the easier and quicker way. When these persons have gone to places where computers are
hardly unavailable, they will be proved useless like paralytics. Also, through the wide range of

irrelevant but shocking information that will affect them morally, psychologically and spiritually. It is a
fact that pornography and other unpleasant websites are currently available to user. Some with the
concept of curiosity try to open such websites that results to undesirable psychological behavior. These
side effects of learning with ICT are rampant over students.
Despite these negative effects, upon undergoing through a thorough analysis we can conclude that
learning with ICT's is much weighted in its positive outcomes. The negative side will be avoided when
we learners are well informed and oriented in the proper usage of these learning tools especially if we
care to use these God-given technologies in the right manner. Let us accept the fact that time comes all
our moves from the simplest to the most complex will be manipulated by computers. We should be
aware that we will not become what we are now in terms of technological aspect if computers were not
invented. We should realize that computer-oriented works especially in the process of learning is now
becoming a necessity to every individual. It is difficult and even impossible to learn efficiently without
the use of these modern tools.
