Homework Help: School Supplies: Stapler

A stapler is device that staples paper together. Staples are metal pins that attach paper together. The first stapler was invented in France a long time ago. Staplers are used in offices.

The first patent for a stapler wasn’t even a stapler at all but a paper punch. staplers come in many shapes and sizes. Blue staplers are cool. Large staplers are used in the roofing industry.

Surgical staplers staple together flesh and organs so they can heal. Everyone has accidentally stapled their fingers together at least once in their life, it hurts. Staplers are now highly sophisticated automated electro-mechanical devices.

High speed staplers can staple hundreds of pages a minute. Every student should own a stapler. Almost every Office uses a stapler, at least the successful ones do that are still in business.

Staplers can be found mounted inside xerographic devices such as copiers and office equipment. Most back to school lists include a stapler. Parents use staplers at home to staple bills together (and fingers).
