Which meristems give rise to parenchyma

In plants, parenchyma cells are derived from parenchyma meristems, which are located in the apical meristem of shoot and root tips and in the cambium of secondary growth. These meristems are responsible for the production of new cells that undergo differentiation into different types of tissues, including parenchyma tissues.

Parenchyma cells are derived from the apical meristem, intercalary meristem, and lateral meristem.
