Firstly you are going to add all the temperatures up to get 329. then you will divide that by 7 to equal 47 then you will subtract 47 from all the temperatures (the negative ones turn positive so if you subtract 47-46 and the answer is -1 you turn it to 1) then you add all of the answers that you subtracted from the temperatures together. To get 30 then you divide 30/7 to equal 4.285 but then you round up to 42
